How it works

From a rough draft to a post worth shipping — in three steps

1

Paste your draft

A rough draft or a thought from a case — no blank page. If you can describe a moment, you have enough.

2

See what's working

In seconds, you get a score on the three things that decide whether a post lands — the opening, the middle, the close — plus a flag on anything that sounds AI-generated.

3

Fix it and ship

The coach hands you a sharper version of the weak section. Tap it in, copy to LinkedIn, and every draft you score is saved to reuse.

What you get coached on

Three things decide whether your post gets read

The opening, the middle, and the close — that’s what makes a reader stop, stay, and remember you. Your Post Coach coaches all three, and flags anything that sounds AI-generated in between.

1

Open with the line that stops the scroll

Most posts die in the first sentence. The coach scores your opener, flags the generic "just wrapped another case" start, and shows you the stronger hook usually hiding a line or two down.

2

Keep them reading to the end

A post that wanders loses people halfway. The coach checks that the middle moves in one direction, and calls out the AI tics and repeated phrasing that make a post read like a robot wrote it.

3

End on a line they remember

How you close decides whether anyone replies. The coach scores your ending for a clean landing or a question that earns a comment — and cuts the "contact us today" that gets scrolled past.

Tony Albrecht, founder of CONTENDER

From a jail cell in Guam to the Yoda of legal LinkedIn

Tony Albrecht"The Yoda of LinkedIn" for lawyers

Tony graduated law school in 2009 an alcoholic man-child, and hit bottom six months later — Thanksgiving night, in a jail cell on the island of Guam. He took his last drink on May 29, 2010. Sixteen years sober. He says it plainly: “high-functioning alcoholic is not a personality,” and “sobriety starts when substances stop calling the shots.”

Nothing came on the timeline he wanted. He chased a six-figure salary out of law school and didn’t clear $100k until his tenth year practicing. He’d wanted to write since he was eleven; he published his first book at forty. A month after that birthday, he started CONTENDER. These days he’s training for a hundred-mile backyard ultramarathon in his forties.

That arc is the whole method. Tony built a 24,000-strong following telling exactly these kinds of stories — specific, human, his own. CONTENDER became the premier LinkedIn ghostwriting agency for U.S. attorneys because he writes the way real people remember things, not the way LinkedIn rewards. Your Post Coach is that instinct, encoded.

You are living a story for success written for somebody else. You will not find the life you want until you start writing your own story.

Kurt London

Kurt London

Managing Partner, London Harker Injury Law

Tony is incredible. I'm consistently blown away by how much he knows and can simply explain to lawyers like me how basic principles lead to growth on LinkedIn. He has been a huge asset for us.

David Vicknair

“The Yoda, Bob Ross, etc. of LinkedIn” doesn't quite capture Tony's mastery of the platform. I've learned more from reading Tony's posts than in some of my law school classes. He's a must-follow.

Spencer May

Spencer May

Law Student Creator & Author

Tony isn't just an exceptional writer, but a former attorney who truly understands law firm dynamics. When it comes to LinkedIn strategy and branding for lawyers, he is the standard. If you're an attorney that wants LinkedIn to be a real business asset, you work with Tony.

The opposite. Your Post Coach is built to catch the lines that sound AI-generated and steer you back to your own voice — the specific case, the real moment, the way you'd actually say it.
